Over the course of 3 months, you will have the opportunity to partake in our coaching approach which zones in on a challenge that you are currently facing with your child. Our service will help you create flexible and easy-to-implement strategies that will get you and your child facing the right direction for success.

A highlight of this coaching package is the easy-to-reference Personalized Quick Reference Guide to address one challenge that you want to target in your parenting journey. We focus on creating a strategic plan for your specific parent-child challenge while helping you create action plans that are easy to reference whenever you need them. The good news, many of our approaches can be used across multiple challenges.

 Package Overview

	1 Initial conversation: This is where we get an opportunity to better understand your specific and unique parent-child challenge and create a roadmap for the successful completion of the coaching package. You are in the driver’s seat here.
	3 Coaching engagement sessions of up to 2 hours each. which are power-packed sessions focusing on addressing 1 challenge that you are currently facing with your child.
	1 power-up session of up to 1 hour is available as a refresher and can be used within 1 month after the reference guide and card are mailed.
	1 Personalized Reference Card. The personalized reference card is unique to you and has bite-size easy-to-reference strategies or reminders.
	1 Personalized Reference Guide. The Personalized Quick Reference Guide is your guide with session notes included. You will be able to access strategies we uncovered during our session packaged in a ready-to-use and easy-to-reference format.
	3 months Duration. Plus, don't forget you still have access to the power-up session.
