To help you make an informed decision, we have a few ticket options to help you make a choice that is right for you.

Open Door Options

• Sneak Peek and Care Pass ticket holders receive complimentary access to the event. Sneak Peek Passes are exclusively available for the March drop-in session and offer a preview of the 2026 Virtual Parenting Solutions Circle.
• Care Passes are complimentary warm access judgment-free tickets available to individuals who self-identify as equity-deserving, so please choose this option with care. Care Pass holders receive the same access as General Admission or Early Bird ticket holders. Please note that a limited number of Care Pass tickets are available for each session.

Pay Now Options

3 pay now options include VIP Experience, Early Bird, and General Admission. You are welcome to purchase the ticket option that best suits your needs.

• VIP Experience: Take your experience deeper with our Growing Together as Versatile & Intentional Parent session. Enjoy access to book a one-on-one session with the host, along with a complimentary bonus refresher session to help you stay grounded and intentional in your parenting journey. Only a limited number of spots are available to maintain a supportive and personalized experience. Choose the VIP package if you are ready to take that leap towards becoming a more versatile and intentional parent.
• Early Bird tickets: Take advantage of early bird pricing available for a limited time and only while quantities last for each event.
• General Admission: Pay now and purchase general admission tickets while quantities last to reserve your spot. As a reminder, waitlist option is also available. If a session reaches capacity, waitlist registrants may be notified by email if additional spots become available.

Waitlist Option

• The waitlist may be selected if other ticket options are sold out, or if you would like to express interest, stay informed, and decide at a later time. Waitlist registrants will receive updates about upcoming events and ticket availability. When spaces open and you are ready to move forward, you may return to purchase General Admission or VIP tickets, pending availability.

💬 Questions & Answers

Q1: What happens if I am not able to attend?

A: If you can’t make it, you’re welcome to transfer your spot to another parent, caregiver, or friend. Just contact us using the email provided on the invoice to let us know ahead of time so we can make the update on our end. These workshops are planned with a small team and with you in mind. This approach helps us manage costs while delivering top quality service. We will keep growing and hope to provide more options in the future.

Q2: What if the date changes?

A: On the rare occasion that adjustments are needed, your registration will automatically be carried over to the new date. Rest assured that we’ll reach out to you right away by email or text with the updated details if we ever need to adjust the date or time to better meet the needs of the event or community. If we have to change the date or time, we’ll contact you as soon as possible with the new details. Your registration will automatically apply to the updated event.

Q3: Can someone come in my place if I can’t attend?

A: Absolutely! You can gift or transfer your registration to another parent or caregiver. Just send us their name and contact info at least 48 hours before the event. A contact detail for this event is provided once the payment is processed.

Q4: What if I miss the event?

A: We understand that life happens and things come up. While we can’t offer refunds or credits, you’re always welcome to purchase tickets at future events or workshops when they’re offered again.

Q5: Will I get a reminder?

A: Yes! You’ll receive a confirmation after you register and friendly reminders closer to the event with all the details you’ll need.

Additional Information on Ticket Policy & Terms for 2026 Virtual Parenting Solutions Circle ticket options

Final Sale: All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for another ticket option.

Complimentary Bonus Refresher Session: The VIP Experience includes one complimentary refresher session upon request. This session must be requested and scheduled no later than the end of the month following the Virtual Parenting Solutions Circle session for which the ticket was purchased. All refresher sessions are subject to host availability and require a minimum of 14 days’ notice for booking. Example: For a session held on Thursday, August 13, 2026, at 7:30 PM, the refresher session must be requested by September 16, 2026, to ensure it can be scheduled on or before September 30, 2026.

VIP One-on-One Session: The VIP one-on-one session must be booked anytime after purchase, but the latest booking is within 14 days following the Virtual Parenting Solutions Circle session for which the ticket was purchased. Session dates are subject to host availability and require a minimum of 14 days’ notice for scheduling. A scheduling email with calendar access will be provided after the event. Example: For a session held on Thursday, November 12, 2026 at 7:30 PM, the one-on-one session request must be booked for a date before November 26, 2026.  To ensure availability within the eligible timeframe, this should be scheduled by Thursday, November 12, 2026.
