Order Processing

All orders are processed within 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Please be aware that products are shipped by third party vendors. There may be delays in shipping but please contact us if you have not received your product in 20 days.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. 

If a carrier has contacted us to advise of any concerns in delivery, we will notify you within 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving after receiving notification form the shipping carrier.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 20 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at client@strongersolutions.ca. Be sure to include your name and order number.
